Scorpion Robber Wanted by FBI

Concord, NC – The FBI wants to find the man who robbed a bank in Concord, NC and hopes the public can help identify him. The robber has a distinctive scorpion tattoo on the left side of his neck. He also made a mistake after leaving the bank that could help lead to his capture.

Agents say the man held up the SunTrust Bank at 176 Concord Parkway on June 24, 2008. He was wearing a mask and had a gun. He demanded money from the tellers and then forced the employees into the vault. On his way out the door, he pulled his mask up revealing his face. Witnesses saw him taking off in a late model white Chrysler Sebring. Concord Police and FBI Agents believe he is the same man responsible for several other bank robberies dating back to May 2007.

If anyone knows anything that may help investigators track this man down, they are asked to call the Charlotte Division of the FBI at 704-377-9200 or Concord Police at 704-920-5055.
