Charlotte, NC – A lone suspect entered and robbed the First Citizens Bank located at 6501 Morrison Blvd. at approximately 1:15 p.m. today.

The suspect, depicted in the attached photos, is described as a black male, approximately 30 years old, 6’ 2” and approximately 300 lbs. He wore a black shirt and black denim pants and displayed a handgun.

The FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force investigators are releasing the attached still images from the bank surveillance tapes to help further identify the suspect.

The FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force, comprised of agents, officers and detectives from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office and the North Carolina Probation and Parole, and other law enforcement agencies are still investigating.
